All patients and visitors are expected to treat our healthcare providers, staff, and fellow patients with respect and dignity. Disrespectful behaviour, including derogatory remarks, offensive language, or inappropriate actions, will not be tolerated.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding threats, violent behaviour, or any form of harassment towards any member of our clinic, whether verbal, physical, or emotional. Such behaviour may lead to removal from the premises and discontinuation of care.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Patients must respect the privacy and confidentiality rights of other patients and clinic staff. Discussion or disclosure of personal information without consent is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Clinic Protocols:
Patients are required to follow all clinic protocols regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic processes. This ensures efficiency and safety for everyone at the clinic.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
We understand that schedules can change and emergencies occur. However, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid disruptions and to allow us to offer your slot to another patient in need.
Legal Action for Policy Violation:
In cases where any individual fails to comply with our Respectful Interaction and Zero Tolerance Policy, and where such behaviour includes threats, violent actions, or severe harassment towards our healthcare providers, staff, or fellow patients, legal action may be pursued. We reserve the right to initiate necessary legal proceedings to ensure the safety and security of everyone in our clinic. This action is considered a last resort, intended to preserve the integrity of our care environment and protect the well-being of all individuals associated with our services.
